Lunatic Luna 3b1ef57694 bots: Support adding reactions to message for a bot. It adds a react() function that allows a bot to react to a message in lib.py. Zulip bots

This directory contains the source code for the zulip_bots PyPI package.

The Zulip documentation has guides on using Zulip's bot system and writing your own bots.
