When uploading a fileset, in addition to the download code you'd also be given a deletion password (probably just generate this, no reason to have users select one). There should also be an admin panel that allows viewing, managing, deleting all uploaded files.

Fileset management panel should also include an option to extend or shorten the expiry, to anything within current date + max lifetime
